Celine graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science and Information Sciences). Coupled with a Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from SIM and a Specialist Diploma in HR Development from SHRI, Celine started her HR career in 1994 when she joined a recruitment firm.
She subsequently moved into corporate HR roles in 2000 where she built her wealth of experience in a wide spectrum of HR with a specialisation in recruitment. She has also led the recruitment services team within various organisations in industries like Manufacturing, Technology as well as Financial.
In 2008, Celine joined HSBC as a HR Relationship Manager and was a business partner to the Corporate/Transaction Banking businesses. She was later appointed to lead the central resourcing team and has thus gained commercial knowledge of front/middle/back office roles as well as wider businesses groups and functions within a Bank. She has also experience in driving and implementing change in HR transformation and integration projects as project manager.
Celine joins Talent Insight Executive Search (TIES) in 2013 and specialises in recruiting for middle and back office operation roles for Banking & Financial Services sector.
