Ashley Lim

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) at the National University of Singapore (NUS), Ashley found her calling in the area of executive search.

She first honed her recruitment skills with SearchAsia in the Engineering and Manufacturing sector, overseeing the recruitment team. In time, she built a name for herself sourcing Technical and Commercial (Industrial) roles from middle to senior management strata. She established an excellent track record and proved to be driving force as a technical recruiter for many blue chip MNCs in the industry.

Now an Associate Director with Talent Insight Executive Search (TIES) for the Industrial and Engineering space, Ashley continues to blaze a trail, easily adding more value for her clients who can tap on her vast experience in the area.
