Sharon Lam

Sharon graduated with a Bachelor of Business Studies for the Services Industries with honors from the University of Westminster, London in the UK. Upon her return, she joined the Ministry of Finance before embarking on her extensive career, beginning with executive search with Amrop International, Nicholson International, Hudson Global Resources and Profile Search. By the time she joined Hudson in 2005, she was experienced in conducting searches across the Asia Pacific region for managerial and senior management roles in Sales and Marketing, Advertising, Communications for multinationals across various industries including Banking, Hospitality, Hi-Tech, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Retail, FMCG and Energy. For development, she moved into Hudson's Human Resource practice executing assignments covering all HR functions including Regional HR directors, compensation and rewards and L&D.

In 2009, Sharon joined Profile Search focusing on the local and Asian markets for their Human Resources and Commerce teams. To further hone her recruiting exposure, she moved into an in-house role and spent 2 years in Talent Acquisition at Visa International recruiting for roles in Financial Control, HR, Legal, Products, Innovation, Strategy and Business Development across the APCEMEA region. Her role included passive recruiting and talent pipeline building.

Sharon joins Talent Insight Executive Search (TIES) in 2014 as an Associate Director in Research. She has good experience in recruitment, including executive search and advertising selection.
