Carol Poh

Carol graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a major in Marketing. She started her career with the Ministry of Education handling school development projects and later moved to do advertising sales with a prominent out-of-home media company where she finished as Group Sales Manager.

In 2004 Carol commenced her career in recruitment with Hudson, as a Consultant recruiting mid to senior level roles within media agencies and media owners in Southeast Asia. In 2007 she moved to their Human Resource practice group where she specialised in recruiting HR professionals across all levels, focusing on the Financial Services, Professional Services, Advertising and Media sectors. She joined Profile in 2008 and specialised in recruiting Human Resource professionals across all sectors in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

In 2011, Talent Insight Executive Search (TIES) was established where Carol specialises in recruiting for the Human Resource practice in Singapore and Southeast Asia. She has an excellent track record in the professional recruitment industry and is well versed in all aspects of recruitment including search, advertised selection and online recruitment.
